Sharon Osbourne’s Dramatic New Look Leaves Fans Speechless
Sharon Osbourne made quite the impression when she attended Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour concert at Wembley Stadium in London.
The former X Factor judge, now 71, caught the attention of fans not just for her presence, but for her dramatically different appearance.
During the event, a fan approached Sharon and asked her to recreate a memorable moment from a 2007 audition on the ITV singing competition, The X Factor.
In the video, Sharon impersonates Rachel Lester, a Welsh contestant who famously boasted that she was a “10/10” performer and could sing “better” than Prince, Cyndi Lauper, and Madonna. Despite her confidence, Rachel did not advance past the audition stage.
While some fans enjoyed Sharon’s reenactment, others were more focused on her new look, noting that she appeared “unrecognizable” in the video.

Another fan remarked, “Awww Sharon, you didn’t need anything done to your face, you were just fine the way you were.”
“SHARON!!!!!! …What have you done???” exclaimed a third person, while another added, “Sharon always had the best work done, but now she’s gone too far.”
One more user chimed in, “If you didn’t say that was Sharon Osbourne, I would not have known that was Sharon Osbourne.”
Sharon Osbourne’s Struggles with Body Image and Ozempic
Some fans speculated that Sharon’s altered appearance might be linked to her experience with Ozempic, a medication she used for weight loss.
In a candid interview with The Guardian, Sharon discussed her battle with body image and revealed that she had taken Ozempic, an antidiabetic drug, which led to an unexpected and rapid weight loss of 42 pounds (19 kilos) in just four months.
“I’ve finally become more accepting of my body, my looks. I’m through with the weight loss and all that cosmetic stuff,” Sharon stated, revealing that she has since stopped using Ozempic.
“I lost three stone in four months. Too much. I now weigh seven stone and can’t put on weight,” she added.
The Impact of Ozempic on Sharon Osbourne’s Health
Sharon detailed the side effects she experienced while taking Ozempic, including nausea and suppressed appetite.
According to research published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, Ozempic can cause severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and gastroparesis. Although the drug is primarily used for treating type 2 diabetes, it has not been approved by the FDA for weight loss.
“The doctors can’t figure it out,” Sharon told Woman Magazine when asked why she can’t regain the weight, even after discontinuing Ozempic.
“But I think it’s just because I’m getting older and as you get older you lose weight anyway and shrink and shrivel off.”
Sharon Osbourne’s Journey with Cosmetic Surgery
Sharon Osbourne has been open about her struggles with body image and her extensive history with cosmetic procedures.
In an interview with The Daily Mail in January 2024, she revealed she had undergone multiple surgeries, starting with a brow lift and facelift.
“I had liposuction on my neck and had it lifted, too. I had my breasts lifted, my arms lipo-ed, and my tummy tucked. I had my bum lifted and implants inserted.
“Then I had a face-lift three-and-a-half years ago, but the guy messed up. I was left with one eye higher than the other. It took a year to put it all right. I frightened myself with what happened.
“I don’t think I’ll ever be happy with the way I look. But I’m now satisfied. It’s taken years for me to say this, but I’ve learned my lesson. This is me. It’s finally time to leave well alone.”
