As the leaves begin to turn, Starbucks is gearing up to bring back its beloved fall menu to U.S. stores starting Thursday, August 22.
This marks the unofficial beginning of the fall season for many. Alongside the eagerly awaited Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL), Starbucks is introducing a new seasonal favorite: the Iced Apple Crisp Nondairy Cream Chai.
These autumnal offerings will be available for a limited time while supplies last.
Pumpkin Spice Latte: The Fall Classic Returns

Pumpkin lovers, rejoice! The iconic beverage that ignited the pumpkin spice craze over 20 years ago is back.
Since its 2003 debut, the Pumpkin Spice Latte has remained Starbucks’ most popular seasonal drink, enjoyed by customers worldwide.
Crafted with real pumpkin, this handcrafted beverage blends Starbucks Signature Espresso and steamed milk with the perfect mix of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove.
Topped with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spices, it’s available hot, iced, or blended.
Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew
The fan-favorite Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew also makes its seasonal return.
This delightful drink combines Starbucks® Cold Brew sweetened with vanilla syrup, topped with pumpkin cream cold foam and finished with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice—creating the perfect fall sip.
Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai
Back by popular demand, the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai returns to the fall menu after its official introduction last year.
Inspired by customer and barista customizations, this creamy fall beverage features a rich blend of spiced chai notes, topped with pumpkin cream cold foam and a pumpkin spice topping.
New Seasonal Favorite: All About Apple
New Iced Apple Crisp Nondairy Cream Chai
Inspired by a popular customer customization, the Iced Apple Crisp Nondairy Cream Chai debuts this season.
This drink combines the warming spice flavors of chai with creamy oat milk, topped with nondairy apple crisp cold foam. The result is a seasonal sip reminiscent of homemade apple pie, perfect for fall gatherings.

“This beverage captures the essence of fall with creamy oat milk, warm chai spices, and the layered flavors of apple, cinnamon, and brown sugar infused into the nondairy cold foam.”
Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato
The Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato is back as well, offering layered flavors of apple, cinnamon, and brown sugar paired with rich espresso and creamy oat milk.
Available both hot and iced, this drink is sure to satisfy your fall cravings.
Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso
Another seasonal treat, the Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, blends Starbucks® Blonde Espresso with notes of apple, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
Shaken together and topped with oat milk, it delivers a smooth, flavorful sip that’s full of fall flavor.
Customers can also explore two additional fall beverages available exclusively through the Starbucks app: the Iced Caramel Apple Cream Latte and the Iced Honey Apple Almondmilk Flat White.
These drinks feature rich espresso paired with apple, cinnamon, and brown sugar notes, topped with specialty cold foam.

For a limited time, customers can enjoy the new Raccoon Cake Pop, a delightful treat featuring vanilla cake and buttercream dipped in chocolate icing.

Starting August 22, Starbucks Reserve locations in Chicago, New York City, and Seattle will also launch their fall menu.
